All cancellation requests must be submitted at least 7 business days before the end of your current service cycle.
Requests made beyond this window will be applicable from the next billing or service cycle.
We aim to provide high-quality financial services tailored to individual and business needs. In cases where you believe the service experience did not meet expectations, you may raise a refund request, which will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method.
If payment was made through a payment gateway, the refund will be credited to the same account/card.
Please allow 4–5 business days from the date of approval for the refund to reflect in your account.
DBDK reserves the right to reject refund requests that:
Are not submitted within the applicable time window
Do not include sufficient evidence of a service failure or discrepancy
Violate any of our Terms & Conditions
All processing charges, service setup fees, and applicable convenience fees are non-refundable. Any transaction already settled or completed is not eligible for reversal unless mandated by legal or regulatory instruction.
